12. It is the responsibility of clients to ensure that all advertisements are accurate and legal and do not discriminate on the grounds of sex, race, religion, age, disability, and that all advertisements comply with all relevant EEOC regulations in relation to same. Chicagoland Sales Jobs cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the client as a result omission, or failure to comply with the relevant regulations. Chicagoland Sales Jobs reserves the sole right to remove any advertisements without prior notice, which it considers breaches or may breach these regulations.
13. All non credit card client accounts are payable within 14 days of invoicing. Chicagoland Sales Jobs reserves the right to suspend service without notice in the event of a client account remaining unpaid.
14. Sales Professional Users Candidates and Job seekers are obliged to use Chicagoland Sales Jobs website functions solely for the purposes for which they are intended, ie securing employment through our advertisers. Candidate may register and place their personal details online in order to use the job board services, and do so entirely at their own risk. Chicagoland Sales Jobs is not liable for misuse of information submitted by any candidate by any third party. Chicagoland Sales Jobs reserve the sole right to remove a candidates details from the database, without prior notice or discussion, where candidates are found to be in breach of our Terms Of Use.
15. Security While every effort is made by Chicagoland Sales Jobs to ensure integrity and security, Chicagoland Sales Jobs makes no warranty in relation to security, content, computer viruses, or malicious programs, or that the site will operate without interruption or error free. Chicagoland Sales Jobs does not accept liability for any loss or damage, however caused, as a result of any breaches of security. This exclusion also applies to resume or data submitted on diskette, email or otherwise to  potential employers by candidates.
20. The laws of Illinois govern this agreement.
