Terms & Conditions

1. For the purpose of these conditions the expression "user" shall mean all Chicagoland Sales Jobs account holders whether they be 'Employer' or 'Candidate'

2. As a user you must agree to use the site and it's facilities on it for your intended purposes and at all times act in good faith.

3. Chicagoland Sales Jobs requires you to generate a password-activated account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of same password. Chicagoland Sales Jobs are not liable for any losses incurred as a result of an unauthorized person using your password on your account either with or without your knowledge.

o Uploading, posting any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, Junk Mail or Spam

o Altering or erasing any material posted other than your own account.

o To post any file that may contain a virus or software damaging submission which could in any way be harmful to the SalesJobs website.

6. Chicagoland Sales Jobs provides to the user many links to 3rd party sites. We accept no responsibility for the content of those sites as these links are provided as a convenience to the user only, and not as a representation of Chicagoland Sales Jobs endorsement. The views and opinions of authors expressed herein do not necessarily state or reflect those of Chicagoland Sales Jobs

7. Chicagoland Sales Jobs reserve the right to remove any materials or postings that are deemed in conflict with our terms and conditions or that may create liability for Chicagoland Sales Jobs

By use of this site you acknowledge that Chicagoland Sales Jobs acts only as a platform for the referral of information between its users the 'Candidate' and the 'Employer' and is not in any way responsible for any of the jobs or candidates described on this site. We shall not be held to the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or resumess posted, the truth or accuracy of listings.

9. The user acknowledges that it is solely responsible for the accuracy of their postings or job form and that Chicagoland Sales Jobs is not responsible for any loss of profit, loss of revenue, damage or liability arising out of the users errors.

10. Chicagoland Sales Jobs reserves the right to terminate a users account facility or access to the site, if it deems that the said such account holder's actions are in conflict with our terms and conditions or spirit of it.

11. In agreeing to these terms and conditions, you also agree to our pricing structure (THIS APPLIES ONLY TO EMPLOYERS - SALES CANDIDATES DO NOT PAY A FEE)

12. It is the responsibility of clients to ensure that all advertisements are accurate and legal and do not discriminate on the grounds of sex, race, religion, age, disability, and that all advertisements comply with all relevant EEOC regulations in relation to same. Chicagoland Sales Jobs cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the client as a result omission, or failure to comply with the relevant regulations. Chicagoland Sales Jobs reserves the sole right to remove any advertisements without prior notice, which it considers breaches or may breach these regulations.

13. All non credit card client accounts are payable within 14 days of invoicing. Chicagoland Sales Jobs reserves the right to suspend service without notice in the event of a client account remaining unpaid.

14. Sales Professional Users Candidates and Job seekers are obliged to use Chicagoland Sales Jobs website functions solely for the purposes for which they are intended, ie securing employment through our advertisers. Candidate may register and place their personal details online in order to use the job board services, and do so entirely at their own risk. Chicagoland Sales Jobs is not liable for misuse of information submitted by any candidate by any third party. Chicagoland Sales Jobs reserve the sole right to remove a candidates details from the database, without prior notice or discussion, where candidates are found to be in breach of our Terms Of Use.

15. Security While every effort is made by Chicagoland Sales Jobs to ensure integrity and security, Chicagoland Sales Jobs makes no warranty in relation to security, content, computer viruses, or malicious programs, or that the site will operate without interruption or error free. Chicagoland Sales Jobs does not accept liability for any loss or damage, however caused, as a result of any breaches of security. This exclusion also applies to resume or data submitted on diskette, email or otherwise to  potential employers by candidates.
